Architectural Services
Concept design, planning and construction drawings for residential and hospitality projects — from a single villa to a full community master plan.
What We Do
Alaya is a design-led studio. We provide architectural services, design services and digital marketing — carrying each project from the first sketch to completed, occupied homes. Our villa communities in Koh Samui are the clearest expression of that approach.
Services
Concept design, planning and construction drawings for residential and hospitality projects — from a single villa to a full community master plan.
Interior, landscape and brand design that carries one quiet idea from the façade to the furniture to the logotype.
Brand identity, websites, photography, content and campaigns that bring a project to the right audience — and sell it out.
